Yee-Ha!

Hello Everyone!

Doing well here in Hawaii. Last night we had a cookout/Ho-Down which was a lot of fun. I guess learning "Catilac Ranch" is just an Albertan thing!

India is now a reality! I finally booked my ticket today and am leaving July 6th. Plans are coming togather for india as well. For the moment it looks like I will be with my teamates for the first three weeks before they return home in Chennai and aurrounding area. Then I will be with the DTS team that is going for a couple weeks in Terapoti and Calcuta. From there I will most likely be leaving them to go to Dehli to work with the YWAM base there. It's going to be exciting!

In the meantime we are going through Hebrews which has been my favorite book so far. Next week is Poetry and Wisdon Literature then is a week on how to teach what we have learned. It's almost done, which is sad, but I can't wait to share what I have learned with people.

Thank you SOOOO much to all my supporters! You have made going on this outreach possible!

Hey peeps

School here is going well. Theres quite a bit of work to do but I knew that coming into the course. We're going through our fifth book of the Bible now which is Galations. I'm really getting a lot out of it I feel. In a couple of weeks we are getting one of the leading historians of the Old Testiment Dr. Ronald Youngblood who will be speaking on Exodus! He helped translate the NIV Bible. I'm pretty excited for that. A recent teaching that has struck me most is that the Law given to Abraham was never ment to be completely fullfilled and actualy showed a need for a savior. Also that Abraham was considered righteous before the law came to be so the law itself does not make one righteous. SO COOL! Anyways, I'll give you another update on my life soon,

ALOHA!

Hello everyone! Just thought I would let people know that I have arrived safely and without incident to Honolulu. My School of Biblical Study is a very intense course as I am finding out. It's also a very exciting course and I'm learning a lot. I never knew how much you could get out of the book of Philemon. I'm seriously amazed. The school is going well though, and I think we have a good group of people.

So while thinking of possible outreach locations the other day, India popped into my head. This was a bit strange because all my other ideas before had been locations in the South Pacific. So I wrote it down in my Sudoku book.So I asked God to confirm India if he wanted me to go there. Later that night while with Kat, she asked if I wanted to go to India. That confirmed it for me, so now I am hoping and praying that enough funds come in for this outreach.

Please pray for funding to come in and that planning goes well for outreach. Also pray that I am able to keep up with the work load of SBS.

Thank you to everyone praying for and supporting me. It really means a lot.

Surabaya

Hello Everyone!

We made it to Surabaya in Java safely last week. We have done some work with street kids in the slums which has been pretty cool.

My birthday was on the 19th and it was an awesome day, followed by an awesome party a few days later.

Please keep praying for our team. Thanks and I will see you all soon!

Lovina Living

Today we found out that we will be staying in Lovina for the next ten days. This is cool because we have made some really good friendships here. Chris and Casey our leaders felt like we are meant to stay here until the eleventh. The local people are happy to here the news and it's nice that we've been here so long because they don't try to sell us stuff anymore. A couple of days ago we had a kid's day where we set up games for all the kids on the beach. Yesterday we were able to do a performance in one of the popular bars here in Lovina. Bronson played his guitar and sang mainstream and worship songs. The girls also performed a hula set to a worship song. It was fun because some of us invited the friends we have made and I feel that it was a good fellowship time. Tonight our entire team is going to a friend's house where he is cooking duck for us and will also perform a Balinese dance for us with his troop.

Please pray for big things to happen while we are here in Lovina because I know it is very possible.
